  1. Warranty Policy

Product warranty is: fix defects, technical problems occur due to the fault of the Company.

– Product is free warranty if the product is still in warranty period from the date of delivery.

– The warranty period must be stated in the warranty card and the Company’s regulations for all technical problems resulting in unusable.

– Customers must have warranty card, product warranty stamp of the company.

– Warranty card must be filled in the information as prescribed, not erased or corrected:

  • The serial number on the product and warranty card must be the same.
  • The double electric products are guaranteed at home for a period of 24 months.
  • Single kitchen products are warranted at a Warranty Center for 12 months.

– Products on the list of products are serviced at home, depending on the extent of damage of the product, the company’s technician will directly solve the problem at home or on behalf of the customer carrying the product to the Company’s Service Center to warrant product for Customers.

– Products not on the list of products that are warranted at home (within the carrying capacity of the Customer), Customers please bring the product to the Company’s Service Center to be served faster. Customers bear the shipping costs.

  1. Cases not covered

– The product does not have a warranty card or a warranty card but does not fill in the information specified on the card.

– The serial numbers on the product and the warranty card do not match, the warranty card is erased or corrected.

– Arbitrarily dismantling, changing the structure of products or products that have been repaired at places not authorized by the company.

– There are signs of fire, burning, or phenomenon caused by insect damage to the product.

– Products are deformed, scratched, dented due to external influences.

– Damages caused by:

  • Delivery and using products not in accordance with the instructions.
  • Scratches, dirt, rust, wear and tear due to storage and use conditions.
  • Objective accidents: Fire, flood, lightning …
  • External parts: Case, box and product.
